My Treatments
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage is a technique that uses firm slow strokes using friction to reach deeper layers of the muscles to relieve tension and tightness.
Therapeutic Massage
In a Therapeutic Massage I use a variety of techniques to provide a restful and relaxing massage. Typically I will incorporate Swedish, Trigger Point and reflexology modalities into this massage. This massage is great for relaxation and minor aches and pains.
